1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the glgl3 platform, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with our gaming services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and glgl3 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register for and maintain a glgl3 account, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration
• Be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay
• Not be listed on any self-exclusion registers or prohibited from participating in gaming activities under PAGCOR regulations
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party or allowing others to use your account
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from glgl3 services

2.2 Account Verification

All glgl3 accounts are subject to mandatory verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. You must provide accurate identification documents including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete verification procedures within the timeframe specified by glgl3 may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your glgl3 account credentials, including your username and password. You must immediately notify glgl3 customer support of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. glgl3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Procedures

glgl3 accepts deposits via authorized payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and direct bank transfers from Philippine financial institutions including but not limited to BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Unionbank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) currency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the glgl3 cashier page and may vary by payment method. You acknowledge that deposits are non-refundable once credited to your glgl3 account balance, except in cases of technical error or as otherwise required by PAGCOR regulations.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, account review, and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. glgl3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but typically complete within two (2) to six (6) hours for verified accounts. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable fees are disclosed on the glgl3 cashier page. You may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in your own name that have been used to deposit into your glgl3 account.

3.3 Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by glgl3 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be disclosed at the time of the promotion. Wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limitations apply to bonus funds. Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of system errors, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account termination. glgl3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the glgl3 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of glgl3 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the glgl3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the glgl3 platform without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, glgl3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services. glgl3's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits made to your glgl3 account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

glgl3 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, server maintenance, software errors, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent risks and that glgl3 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to our platform.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of glgl3 services shall first be submitted to PAGCOR for resolution in accordance with their dispute resolution procedures. If PAGCOR resolution is unavailable or unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your glgl3 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Closure requests are processed within seven (7) business days.

8.2 Termination by glgl3

glgl3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification procedures, or as otherwise required by PAGCOR regulations. In cases of termination for cause, glgl3 may forfeit account balances as permitted under applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered dormant. glgl3 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts or close such accounts after providing notice to the registered email address. Remaining balances from closed dormant accounts will be held for the period required by Philippine law before being remitted to appropriate government authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

glgl3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to utilize our responsible gaming tools and seek assistance from professional counseling services. glgl3 complies fully with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements and supports initiatives to protect vulnerable players.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

By accepting these Terms, you also consent to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that glgl3 may collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with Philippine data protection laws and PAGCOR requirements.

11. Communication and Notices

By creating a glgl3 account, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, and other electronic means. These communications may include account notifications, promotional offers, policy updates, and other information related to our services. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, but you cannot opt out of essential account-related communications.

All notices to glgl3 must be submitted in writing to our customer support team via the contact methods provi ded on our platform. Notices will be deemed received upon sending to your registered email address.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of glgl3 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by glgl3.
